Signal Clarity Engagement

$1,200.00

For leaders who know something needs attention but cannot yet see the whole picture.

Across four individual sessions, we will slow down and examine what is happening in your work. We may explore a recurring tension, difficult decision, stalled initiative, changing relationship, or pattern that continues to surface despite your efforts to address it.

Together, we will consider the signals around you, the environment in which they are appearing, and the perspectives—including your own—that may be shaping the situation. The purpose is not to force a quick answer, but to develop a clearer understanding of what deserves your attention and how you might respond more intentionally.

The engagement includes:

  • Four 75-minute individual sessions over six to eight weeks

  • Light reflection between sessions

  • A brief written synthesis following our final conversation

  • Practical questions or experiments to support your next steps

This engagement is appropriate when one conversation is not enough, but you are not looking for a predetermined program or formula.
