Leadership coaching and consulting for a clearer way forward.
Ways to work together
For leaders who know something needs attention but cannot yet see the whole picture.
Across four individual sessions, we will slow down and examine what is happening in your work. We may explore a recurring tension, difficult decision, stalled initiative, changing relationship, or pattern that continues to surface despite your efforts to address it.
Together, we will consider the signals around you, the environment in which they are appearing, and the perspectives—including your own—that may be shaping the situation. The purpose is not to force a quick answer, but to develop a clearer understanding of what deserves your attention and how you might respond more intentionally.
The engagement includes:
Four 75-minute individual sessions over six to eight weeks
Light reflection between sessions
A brief written synthesis following our final conversation
Practical questions or experiments to support your next steps
This engagement is appropriate when one conversation is not enough, but you are not looking for a predetermined program or formula.
Your strengths do not operate in isolation. They are shaped by your role, your environment, the expectations around you, and the pressure you are carrying.
This individual engagement uses your CliftonStrengths results as a starting point—not simply to affirm what you do well, but to understand how your strengths are showing up in your actual work. Together, we explore where they are helping, where you may be relying on them too heavily, and what they might be compensating for.
The engagement includes the CliftonStrengths 34 assessment, a 90-minute interpretation session, a 60-minute integration session, and a brief written synthesis with practical areas for attention.
This is for leaders who want to understand their strengths in context and use them with greater awareness and intention.
For small or intact teams that sense something in the way they are working together deserves closer attention.
A team may be experiencing recurring tension, unclear expectations, uneven participation, strained communication, or difficulty moving important work forward. These patterns are rarely explained by one person or one event. They develop through relationships, roles, pressures, habits, and the environment surrounding the team.
I help the team slow down and look at those dynamics together. The work creates space to identify what people are noticing, explore how the current patterns may have formed, and consider how each person participates in them. The purpose is not to assign blame or impose a solution. It is to help the team develop a more honest shared understanding and decide what it wants to do differently.
The engagement includes:
An initial conversation with the team leader or sponsor
A confidential individual intake for up to eight participants
A review and synthesis of recurring themes
One three-hour facilitated team session
A brief written summary of shared themes and areas for attention
A follow-up conversation with the team leader or sponsor
Individual comments are not attributed in the team session or written summary. Expectations regarding confidentiality, participation, and sponsor communication are established before the work begins.
This engagement is appropriate for teams willing to examine how they work together and take shared responsibility for what they discover.
Start with a conversation
You do not need to have the whole situation figured out. Tell me what is happening in your work, leadership, or team. We can begin by understanding the context and deciding whether working together makes sense.
If you would rather write first, use this form to tell me what you are navigating. Share only the context you are comfortable sharing. I will respond personally within two business days.
