Look closer.
Lead differently.
When something in your work or team feels off, the visible behavior is only part of the story.
I help leaders and teams make sense of the patterns they are living inside: what people are doing, what the conditions around them encourage, and where a more useful response can begin.

Read the signal.
Find the root.
A difficult conversation, a team that has gone quiet, or a leader carrying too much can be easy to explain away. I start by taking those observations seriously without assuming I already know what they mean.
Signals we can notice
- Friction or silence
- Overwork and withdrawal
- Stalled decisions
- Strengths under pressure
Conditions we can examine
- Roles and expectations
- Relationships and trust
- Authority and accountability
- History, culture, and capacity
Work shaped around the situation, not a formula.

My background in residence life and student affairs has meant years of supervising and developing people, guiding teams through change, coaching individuals, and making decisions in complex environments. That work taught me to pay attention to both the person in front of me and the conditions shaping what they can do.
Those skills travel beyond higher education. Whether I am working with a supervisor, an individual leader, or a team, I bring a steady outside perspective, honest questions, and respect for the knowledge people already hold about their own work.
More about my approachAttention first. Action with a reason.
Hear what is happening
We begin with your actual situation, including the tensions, observations, and questions that brought you here.
Test the picture
We look across behavior, relationships, roles, and organizational conditions. We hold more than one explanation until the pattern is clearer.
Choose a next step
We identify what is within your influence, what requires shared responsibility, and what a useful change would look like in practice.
You do not have to name the solution before we talk.
Tell me what you are noticing in your leadership or team. We can begin by making sense of the situation and deciding whether working together is a good fit.
